It's the Most Wonderful Time, for a Sadge:)
Is it any wonder that Sagittarians are born at a time of giving? A time of rushing? And not to mention a time of big plans! Perhaps that is why so many of us Sadges keep these qualities all of our lifetime.
Others may feel under pressure with such demands and expectations, but Sadges are quite use to the fray of life this holiday season. In fact, some of us may even grow to thrive on it. I, in particular, am just glad I can get my work done early so I have more time to daydream.
So what if ever moment is planned? (And every day something has to get done.) It's the most wonderful time of the year folks, and that's why it's a time to celebrate us<3.

Rambles on the Inconstant Moon
That tips with silver all these fruit-tree tops--
Juliet: O, swear not by the moon, the inconstant moon,
That monthly changes in her circled orb,
Lest that thy love prove likewise variable."
-Romeo and Juliet, II.ii
This weekend's Gemini moon felt like an obvious one.
Perhaps we felt out of place? Indecisive? A sense of duality?
Even our paintings had two sides to them this weekend (my boyfriend's and I).
It's this ever changing moon that starts the hardest slope for me personally:
Gemini moon plays two sides, and mixes my emotions.
Then comes Cancer's overly emotionally side, pushing me to the edge.
The edge is often the Leo moon, where all the drama comes out.
But once it is out, it is over.
And we rebuild in a Virgo moon. (Where we often also drown our sorrows.)
Things ought to be all straightened out by Libra moon, a balanced place for us all.
FINALLY.
Now the ever changing moons turn in my favor:
Scorpio moon urges travel, which is exactly what a Sadge like myself lives for, movement.
Then Sagittarius moon arrives, so I can finally feel on point again. Bring on the fun!
Capricorn moon lets us rest from the Sadge moon, and prepare for the Aquarius moon,
which is the biggest party moon of all!
Finally we end with Pisces moon; a time for reflection, and for many, a time to listen to our intuition, for we are all more psychic in this period.
Aries brings new beginnings for us to look forward to
and then a Taurus moon where I am at my spiritual peak, having a Taurus ascending star and all.
How do the moons effect you?
Maybe it's time to take note and find out:)

Seeking Peace in a Taurus Moon
Well this is it.
The day is almost done. It got harder as it went along, as it typically does in my line of work. Perhaps we are all feeling the current Taurus moon. The bull is showing his horns.
It's funny. I felt like we've been in a Taurus moon all week. Mostly because we've had beautiful weather, giving me the urge to be outside. But now that we're in it I feel that other side of Taurus around me.
The stubborn side.
Not for me personally, but definitely for those around me. Plus everyone is wearing green;)
Things to take note of in a Taurus Moon:
-Enjoying nature, being natural
-Wearing green
-Stubborn behavior
-Mushy bf's may pick you up and take you for a ride
-You may catch yourself being a good daughter or son
-Being there for others
What ever traits you see prevelent in your Taurus friends, expect them all to be accentuated.
As a proud Sadge with a proud ascending star in Taurus, it's not odd that I seek peace in my devotion to the stars. That's why I do this.
For me. And you.

What's New, in an Aries Moon
Everyday brings on new experiences in this new world I live in.
Things have most certainly changed since I last blogged. Most of these changes actually occurred in an Aries moon. For instance, it was an Arie's moon when I got my new job that brought me to a new state, Virginia. It was an Arie's moon that my Aquarius b/f and I found our new place, our first home. He actually just began a new job himself in this current Aries moon.
So what's next?
When the moon is in Aries, anything is possible.
Things to look out for in an Aries moon:
-New opportunities and beginnings
-Big news in the family (INTEREST in family)
-Chattiness with strangers
-Increased intellect
-Contact with Aries individuals
All the qualities that link with Aries are in the air. Enjoy them:)

Eh.
Another long patch of time has passed since my last blog. And I have no excuse for that.
I dont have one.
I dont want one.
I dont need one.
Every day I know I can blog, and yet everyday until now I have not.
I dont want to follow a format.
I dont want to address why I have been MIA.
I do not even want to personally reflect on why I have been MIA.
The space gaps between my blogs must mean something.
I'll know why I wrote today in retrospect.
Maybe it's because Im in the room that started it off.
The room Angelina and I first watched Julia&Julia-
The movie about the girl that went through the whole Julia Child cookbook
And blogged about it.
All I do is talk about astrology.
So Angelina said I should blog about that.
Atleast then its in a forum people like.
Or are atleast reading at their own will.
Atleast then I dont have to shove the astrology down their throats.
Anyways, that's why I started the blog.
And then I blogged a lot. Like all the time.
I cared if people read it at some point.
I cared so much I started making sure I kept my audience in mind.
I'll be sure not to do that anymore.
Mite as well just be me.
Whenever I do that I win.
Orleast im at peace.
SO I start the blog and got like addicted to it
Cause it's so much fun and im getting a big kick out of it.
Writing it.
Learning more.
Teaching others about it.
But then writing it started becoming a problem:
The editting monster.
The part of my brain thast has to read the sentence over a million times because I think I can say it even better maybe this way or that way.
It would be so much easier if I didnt have to even use words.
If I could just splat the info from my brain to urs.
That'd be the best.
I woudn't even have to say it.
Just because I talk too much doesnt mean I wouldn't like to not say something.
Maybe I just do it cause Im so excited about what we're talking about.
Or im passionate about something.
Or im just a little nervous.
Nah nervous cant be it.
Im def more quiet when Im nervous.
Atleast that's how he puts it.
The one that always has my back and encourages me to do everything Ive ever wanted.
The one I love most.
He's gonna be so excited wen he sees I blogged.
Because he loves it
And he knows how much I love it.
He's the cutest.
He's the best.
Moving along,
the blog.
So in honor of Independence Day I have decided to free myself from any editting.
I will not edit my feelings.
I will not edit this text.
I will let the blog be what it is today:
Just a stream of conscienceness.
And I will let this all just be a small example of
what it's like to be
thoughts from a proud sadge
in a Cancer sun.
-Happy Birthday Cancers.

Gemini Sun's Push to Blog...
The thing was, I needed that Earth Science credit to graduate. The teacher never wrote me up for any of my absences, so I was never really forced (or motivated) to get back to Earth Science after such a successful and enlightened hiatus. It was actually a dear Aries friend that I still have today [EL.] that knew what I needed most of all, a push in the right direction. One day, in the hallway- Aries EL. literally pushed me into my Earth Science classroom as the bell rang. I was so embarrassed to suddenly be back in class without any kind of explanation as to where I had been the past quarter of the school year, I couldn't just walk out. So I stayed, and I learned, and I graduated.
The reason why I am recalling this memory is because it reminds me a lot of my blog participation within the past month. I have been so busy with the ART lab, traveling, life, and love that I continue to "cut" what would be my designated blogging time. So here I am. Pushing myself back into an important class, in hopes that more studious behavior will follow.
There are some really amazing updates to be had.
- I am the most legitimate version of an astrologist now, then I have ever been before. On behalf of the ART lab, I have been reading natal charts and spreading the good astrological word at the Common Grounds in Sayville the past two Sundays. It is the best place to practice my craft- after all, a great Libra once said, "If it wasn't for the Art Laboratory, where would I conduct all of my experiments?" -HF. Our next event is Sunday June 12. Aside from natal charts, I also have everyone in the park wearing custom made "HI, MY SIGN IS____" sticker-labels, so that everyone can become more aware of the stars power over their positions.
- I have been leaving guerrilla horoscopes throughout Long Island. Whether it be on coffee shop table tops, chalk on the sidewalk, or on paper left on someones car. It all started in Montauk last week on the bluffs of Camp Hero. All I had to do was ask the few passing couples I encountered what their signs were, and they were happy to oblige me with the information. Opening the eyes of the skeptics is not always one of the most fun things to do, but informing the masses is.
- What's next for this proud Sadge? One never knows. It really is a lot like the time I cut Earth Science all those months. All I've been doing is drawing, painting, singing, reading, writing, creating music, and having an amazing day everyday with the people I love and treasure most. The possibilities of "what's next" are endless!

Natal Chart Readings with Libra HF and Leo/Cancer Cusp DtM.

As for Astrological updates, a big shout out is in order- HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEMINIS!
This is a very interesting time for us all. With the Sun in Gemini (May 21-June 20, a day before the summer solstice) every sign will be effected. We will all become a bit more OCD then normal- Spring cleaning and what not is one thing, putting everything else in it's "designated" place (on a ninety degree angle) is another! We will also be a bit more productive, and work oriented. It may have been especially tiring or stressful with the Aries moon combination we have been in since Friday. This has made for some very antsy individuals. It's important for us all to remember that this is a wonderful time of year. We should enjoy the adventures we are having in the moment, as well as the ones we plan to embark on. The Gemini Sun can cause anxiousness among others. Relax and remember, "it's summer time, and the livin's easy."

Reading the Signs: in the sky and the stage
Not only did I make many astrological discoveries during Pod III's Open Mic Tour (my first *musicastrologist project), I also came to the conclusion that there is officiallyno such thing as a coincidence. One can make sense out of anything with astrology…
First things first- the tour. Man, there's nothing like five nights in a row of the best places to see the most talented people you know on Long Island! Not only did I have the opportunity to play violin, sing, spit, and jam with these amazing individuals, I was also "reporting in the field" for Pod III- a whole new rush of adrenaline in itself- hosting interviews and what not. (This experience stirred a new fascination I have with seeing the different ways people[or signs] behave when they know they're on camera!)
*Musicastrological Discoveries during Open Mic Tour 4/25-4/29:
- Signs most likely to HOST an open mic? Sagittarius (JS., JH., JG.), Gemini (TG.,KF.), and Virgo (MC., DM.). This actually makes a lot of sense as all three of these signs are known to "bring the fun" and throw some great parties- both necessary elements for a successful open mic. More importantly, these signs are of some of the most musically inclined individuals anyone could ever know.
- Signs most likely to PARTICIPATE in an open mic tour? Aquarius and Sagittarius would be the obvious answer since FS and I planned the tour. This is indeed the case when comparing the signs that most often followed us on tour throughout the week- Sadges JS, JH, DF, JG, Aquarian's BJ, JS, ZA, BF, as well as Capricorns (TC, SR).
- Sign we're most likely to SEE THE OTHER SIDE OF at an open mic? Cancer! The Leo/Cancer duo-trend that has been among us for the last four weeks has been present at every open mic (and everywhere I go) this entire week. But it is only the Cancer that I have been able to see another side of when they transform into their rock star selves in front of a mic and an audience [Holla JM and AW]. These people are crazy geniuses- and that's why I love them!

- Signs most likely to GO TO TOWN on a "Chicken Guy" Pod III sticker? OK-the quick explanation is this: Pod III's "chicken guy" got a sharpie make-over one day and we decided to take this project to the masses. The signs most likely to "go to town" on such a task are the creative minds of Cancer, Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. (All signs did participate and the collection of make-your-own "chicken guy" stickers has taken on a life of its own! I plan to analyze the different illustrations, dividing the work by its creator's signs and identifying the similarities in style. For example, Pisces often use perspective in their "chicken guy" make-over, while Sagittarius' often give their "chicken guy" detailed physical attributes such as big hair, glasses, or accessories. Yep- crazy but true. More to learn on this soon!)
More *Musicastrological Finds via Signs…
Aries-While on tour, Aries were some of our greatest supporters (as per usual). They were sure to be on the scene- not because of the cameras, but because they support what they love most- music and their friends. Many in this fire sign play multiple (or rare) instruments such as drums, keyboard, didgeridoo, and so on- quite fitting for this intellectual and talented group.
Taurus- Where were these guys last week? Perhaps it was all those birthdays that kept the Taurus away while the open mic’s played? Or maybe open mic is not the Taurean scene? They are more often the artists of the group, whether they share their work with the world or escape through it in their own time, as many artists do.
Gemini-These guys play some mean piano! Aside from being most likely to run an open mic, Gemini’s musical style reflects their mood. A break-up can be the inspiration for your next single.
Cancer-Man! These guys had a major break-through (musically) last week! If you were feeling down on Monday (4/25) your music and friends kept you in check. Lean on these things guys; with your talents and mile-a-minute train of thought, these are the elements that can change the tune of any funk you’re in. By Thursday (4/28) newly refreshed Cancers opened themselves to the world and the mic, and any audience could spot them for the stars they truly are.
Leo- You can’t go anywhere without a signature Leo in the mix! This sign was the lead star in the sky last week, so bank on a Leo being a part of any and every social engagement you could attend- including the open mic tour! A little advice to my fellow fire sign, if you are at any point not having the time of your life- ask yourself why and fix it. Don’t be afraid of being the lead star of any engagement, and do your best not to be bitter if you’re not. Relieve stress and find balance- Jam! (And dance!)
Virgo- My party people! Of course you run open mics, or any mic you can get your hands on. These stars are very lyrical, and never afraid to put themselves in the spotlight if they are accomplishing their main objective: having a great time!
Libra- The sweetest sign, did you have a crazy work week? Maybe things are a little crazy at home? Regardless of your responsibilities, you’re balanced enough to leave all of that behind and have a great time when you are out with your friends, feeling the music. Don’t be afraid to get involved in new musical endeavors- they’re sure to be life changing.
Scorpio-Ahh Scorps, you officially win the “best supporting friend” award, (not too surprising really considering the sign!) Scorpios went above and beyond for their people last week, venturing outside of their comfort zones to be present. These party animals have a blast wherever they are and know how to enjoy a night at open mic. [Special shout outs to those Scorps that showed their love for the good open mic name: KD, DF, SA, MM, and my two favs of all time SL. And JS.]
Sagittarius- What would we do without these guys? Well for starters, we wouldn’t have nearly as many amazing open mics to attend! While this sign is meant to shine like a North Star for all, in music they simply need to feel it and be a part of it. Some of my all-time favorite people to jam with are fellow Sagittarians, whether it is at open mic, outside the bar, in Starbucks, or home. This passionate sign plays music the same way they do everything else, uncensored and whole-hearted.
-Personally, the open mic tour was easily one of my favorite weeks in 2011. I was surrounded by the people, music, and places I love most. My brain and body never stopped. I traveled, learned, played, and observed- and I am so thankful for all of the amazing moments I experienced. Astrologically speaking, how much better could it get for a Sadge?
Capricorn-You guys have been out and about more than usual in the past few weeks, much like Cancers. Perhaps it’s your presence in Pluto (which stand for personal transformation) or the fact that you love open mics, but many super-cap-stars were shining brightly during our tour. These brilliant minds bring their A-game to every gig they have, and are highly respected by all. Don’t be fooled by a Cap’s aloofness, they have the ability to surprise us all!
Aquarius- You are open mic and everything that makes it amazing. Your high energy, positive vibes, and genuine belief and support in music and arts makes you a force to be reckoned with. Open mics need the musical genius of this group- whether it be in a band, solo act, lovable character on stage, or supporting artist in the scene. Aquarius is ruled by the planet Uranus, representing creativity. The open mic tour was swimming in an Aquarian sea of these imaginative folks, which I am sure led to its success.
Pisces-Where are my Pisces?! For such an amazing week to celebrate the local arts, I was stunned to see how few Pisces were in attendance. It seems as if this sign has been swimming in contaminated waters lately- don’t let yourself drink anymore of that Hate-oraid, Pisces. It’s not good for you or anyone around you. You simply need to go out and enjoy the music for what it is and what it does for your soul- don’t get caught up in drama- nothing will ever be worth leaving the dance floor.
That concludes my research for my first project as a *musicastrologist. It’s always interesting to connect the dots between the stars in the sky and the stage. I guess the only real conclusion I can come to is that it takes everything all of the signs have to offer to make the beautiful music we all enjoy- so let’s just remember to sit back (or get up) and enjoy it.

Connecting the Dots- My Journey as a *Musicastrologist
I have been hard at work lately with some new projects- which in typical Sadge fashion have completely taken over my world. I recently got involved with team ARTLAB- a community of individuals promoting Long Island's local artists and musicians. I was first approached to play violin and be interviewed for their podcast, Pod III, a few weeks ago. (It's funny, I remember I didn't even want to go out the night of filming, but my horoscope assured me it would be worth my while- surprise, surprise- it was right!)
Ever since I have been doing as much as I can to support the cause, and in return the ARTLAB has shown its appreciation and support back. I have grown leaps and bounds as a musician by simply observing, interacting, jamming, and performing with the amazing talent I have had the pleasure of spending my time with in the past few weeks.
Alas, this is why my blogs have been at a stand still-until now.
I am officially combining my musical and astrological ambitions into one, so as not to leave either of my passions behind. A talented Scorpio, CS, made me realize how I can learn so much more about both music and astrology by connecting the dots between the stars in the sky with the stars on the stage. Perhaps finding common themes between the two will help define what he has now titled me as- a "musicastrologist."
So my first project as a musciastrologist will take place this week, as I represent ARTLAB in the Pod III Open Mic Tour. I will be out in the field with my Aquarius associate, FS, interviewing local open mic night musicians for the entire week. Since we are attending an estimated ten open mics in five days I think this will be a great opportunity to see how the stars align through out Long Island's music and arts community.
It has already been a fascinating week as far as the different signs I have encountered. First of all, we are in a new sun sign, or phase- Happy Birthday Taurses!
According to Cafe Astrology.com:
"When the Sun is in Taurus: In Taurus, the Sun is methodical, sensual, and receptive. The Sun in Taurus is most active when it is defending or resisting things! As the Sun moves through Taurus when plants take root, our determination and security needs are strong. Taurus is loyal to all that is familiar, and values longevity. The shadow side of Taurus is possessiveness and bullheadedness."
On top of that- I also believe while the Sun is in Taurus we will all be a little bit clumsier, romantic, and desire new and expensive things- and perhaps even treat ourselves to them!
Perhaps this change in the sun sign is the reason behind the different people (and signs) I have found myself surrounded by lately. When I first started writing this blog, in a Pisces phase, I must have interacted with a Pisces everyday; the same went for my Aries friends during the Aries phase. In this new month of Taurus, I have found myself among many new Leo/Cancer duos. In fact, every day this week I have hung out with or met new Leo/Cancer friends.
Take today for example:
- During the day I hung out with Aquarius FS., 2 Leo's (TW., MM.), and a Cancer (AW.)
- Then we went to another Cancer's house (JM.)
- Lastly FS. and I visited another Aquarius (BJ.) at work where there were 2 additional Cancers, a Leo, and another Aquarius.
I believe it has been these sign's influence and the daily presence of the Aquarius "Week of the Genius" (January 24-30) that made Saturday's Facebook Horoscope for Sagittarius true:
"A knowledge, interest or understanding of astrology, is among many things, an aid to assist the timing of our moves. And for you many positive things conspire now in a helpful manner to bring about some truly brilliant things your way. This cluster of influences can also help you to showcase the talents you already have, truly vibrantly. Get to it Archer!"
These signs have been present and supportive- encouraging me to push my creative abilities further than I thought possible. I've been singing, writing, painting- things I love to do, but never really did. And now- I'm really in a good place, and pretty happy:)
Coincidence? C'mon, you should know better than to believe in coincidences by now!

Horoscope's by L.A.- Take One!
Last week I promised to make it a point (to attempt) to learn how to write horoscopes. I got to admit, I prolonged the process for as long as possible. But I couldn't avoid it any longer- and what I have before you is my first attempt. So please enjoy and let me know if I was able to provide any insights for your week.
This Week in the Sky: (A general overview for us all!)
We are still heavily influenced by Aries this week, giving us all an edge to our ego. If you are not feeling as charged as last week- it is not at all unusual. Just don't let the weather dampen your spirit! (Things will pick up by the weekend.) Emotions are up for a roller-coaster ride with the Moon in Leo. New job opportunities may arise, and careers can be taken to a new level with Saturn in Libra. Plan a trip or adventure for Saturday, you're sure to have a blast no matter what you do!
Aries- If something (or someone) has been frustrating you, things will figure themselves out as the week progresses. You will feel better when things are resolved. If it's your birthday week, expect to have a lot of fun, with a lot of friends- new and old!
Taurus- Are you working on big things? If you become overwhelmed take some time out to pamper yourself, or enjoy nature. You're always helping others, do something for yourself.
Gemini- A certain relationship or friendship has been on your mind. You don't know if you should keep at it or let it go. Whatever you do, don't let it make you miserable. You know you don't always have to lean on others.
Cancer- Out and about (lately) little Cancers...you are attracting more attention than usual. Try not to let yourself attract the wrong kind of attention.
Leo- Don't let what you can't control get you down. You can be your own worst enemy. Stay positive and remember, things will work out! This is a good time to plan a trip, giving you something to look forward to.
Virgo- Love and money can be going better than usual this week. Enjoy it!
Libra- Such a noble sign! Remember that with anything that can get you down, you have a strong group of friends and family that will pick you right back up. Lean on them and lose yourself in work, and everything will pay off.
Scorpio- You may be in for a busy week. Luckily, you can handle it. If you do, however, find yourself stressed, remember to make time to do you!
Sagittarius- New adventures are welcomed! Things will come together if you're out there doing your part. Just keep following your gut no matter what people say or think, and enjoy every minute of it!
Capricorn- Are things going a little crazier than normal? You got this! Don't hesitate to go out when you can, and enjoy it when you do!
Aquarius- You're as popular as ever this week. You value your alone time, but if you don't get to it, just appreciate the time you have out with your people and have fun. They'll love you for it. You should(finally) have the Benjamin's to do whatever you want.
Pisces- With Neptune in Pisces, your intuition is sharp. Follow it. Things you're just thinking about could happen. You're social calendar is also building so you should have a lot of fun an exciting events to look forward to.

LA: B.A. [Before Astrology]
Maybe people don't get my intentions. Maybe they think I'm just some crazy (or annoying) girl that has astrological word vomit. I don't mean to make it the topic of conversation (outside of this blog, of course). It's just that everything relates to it! The people I meet, I can't help but figure them out! And when I do, I get excited that I was able to, all because I became so fascinated with this study.
It's crazy how this whole life style snowballed to where it is today. Anyone who has met me in the last year can't even imagine a version of me not fixated on the stars (or redbull for that matter- I am easily identified with both!)
I wasn't always this way, though. I guess on that note, these same friends I've made through out this past year, relatively new to the life of Laura Ashley, would never be able to imagine a version of me overweight either. Or the homebody version of me, who returned home from work everyday just to do more work and watch bad TV with my animals. I never went out! I had never even had a redbull before! Some of you may have never met this version of me, and the ones that did may have forgotten, but that girl was miserable.
Then one day, when it felt like everything was crashing down on me, I realized I wasn't really living. I stopped worrying about what others thought, and I escaped it all by giving life a chance. It was kind of like a "Yes, Man" revelation, where I went from never going out- to going out all the time. Except instead of saying yes to everything, I let the stars decide.
If I could pin point it to one night, it was almost exactly one year ago. I had been out that day, and even though it was totally practical to go home at that point, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I wasn't satisfied with the day's activity intake yet. I needed to live a little more. So waiting before I made my next move, I stumbled across the horoscopes. It said something to the affect that today, I should take on any adventure that presented itself.
So I did.
Moments later an actual adventure presented itself, and I put my faith in the stars.
That night I allowed myself to have an amazing time. I went out to a part of Long Island I'd never been to with a reconnected Aries friend that invited me, and I had the time of my life. (You guys are gonna love this- the place was Kasey's in RVC and that's where I had my first redbull!) That night I met someone that would become a significant influence on who'd I become, another Aries, VJ. I actually predicted he was an Aries before he told me, guessing solely based on the fact that all of my Aries friends, including the one who invited me to RVC, had birthdays that week- and I was feeling surrounded!
Getting to the point- I would have never gone out or made the important connections with the many amazing Aries I just so happened to be hanging with that night, if I had not let the stars guide me. With that, I started to learn more. And little by little I let myself trust it.
Eventually, my astrological perspective could not be turned off. As the months went on, and I became acquainted with more and more incredible individuals that would forever contribute to who I am today, I couldn't help but notice the patterns present among my social exchanges. My Aries friends were all so...and Gemini men kept...(fill in the appropriate astrological stereotype)and so on and so forth! I finally had a good read on others, and a better, real understanding of myself. And I found happiness and peace with that.
That's the point I guess. That's where my astrological intentions come in. I'm just happier now then I was before. That's all. No big deal really; except if I hadn't put my faith in astrology I wouldn't have all the amazing individuals I've met over the last year, and they wouldn't have me. Not this version of me any way. Not without astrology. Now, I'm no longer fearful. I am no longer stressed. I'm sure of everything I do, and it's reasons. I have faith in something I can truly believe in. I really do. I practice what I preach.
The hope is that by sharing my experiences with astrology's positive influence in my life, others may become more open-minded and aware of the cosmos, and maybe even inspire some to learn more about their place in the stars. I mean what's the worst that can happen, you live happily ever after? <3.
"...Sex [Signs], Baby."
Aries- Infamous for their love of being straddled (lol). Freaks in the sheets- they love to display their power here.
Taurus- They can be innocent, and romantic. They are most turned on when they are with someone they truly care for.
Gemini- Loquacious from the get go, sex is always on their mind. They may seem a bit perverted at times but it is just their sense of humor and combination of comfort and openness they have with their sexuality. They are adventurous in the bedroom, and may be unfaithful.
Cancer- These people are very emotional, just as there intimate moments can be. They can share these moments with a number of partners, and find no remorse in cheating.
Leo- May not be sexually imaginative- that's okay! This possible naive quality is the very attraction for those that find them so intriguing, like Aquarius and Aries.
Virgo- Often shy, they stick with their relationships, at times, just to stick it out. They stay with their partners no matter what- for long periods of time. They love, whether subconscious or not, the drama involved in the "Grass is Always Greener" game. They need to be approached, oppose to them making the first move.
Libra- Sweet, romantic; want to serve their partner.
Scorpio- Veryyy passionate and sexy. This is what they love to do.
Sagittarius-November Sadges can be sweet, but December Sadges are more into the heat of the moment or situation. They are adventuresome in life and the bedroom.
Capricorn- These signs, whether they admit it or not, prefer being in a steady, committed relationship where they can be faithful and trusting. Relationships also makes everything easier to get a hold- once they find something they want or like, they go after it and hold on to it. This can include their significant other as well.
Aquarius- This sign is very comfortable with their sexuality and its need to express itself in a healthy (and maybe freaky) way. They love sex, and anything new they can learn/try/do with it.
Pisces- Infamous for their car hook-ups (lol). Need to be comfortable with their partners before they go ahead and straddle up.
And that's that. I have included some additional websites you may find interesting:- Sexual Astrology- includes sexual traits and erogenous zones for each sign.
- Fox News- What Does Your Astrology Sign Say About Your Sex Life?
I hope you found this information helpful, or at least amusing- especially now that we are entering a Gemini Moon this evening. So take this knowledge and do what you will with it. Just remember to have fun, be safe, and when all else fails listen to your heart, and the stars.

Living in the Now
Eh..I wonder if by "fantasy world" they mean sleep?- Haha! I was in a funk very close to this description Sunday and Monday, but yesterday was actually the first day that I got over it. I decided to go back to the beginning of my blogs and look for something to help me through my way, that I may have forgotten. When I re-read "Book Recommendations" I thought about The Power of Now. I have to just remember to stay in the now; to just make the most at of every moment I have, and have fun no matter what I am doing or where I am. Now is really all we have control of, so I am trying to take advantage of that!
So I did that yesterday.
It makes me wish I had saved Horoscope.com's general horoscope. I swear, those are the most accurate ones for the most part, because it is just a reflection of what is going on in the stars. All the signs should react to this general horoscope accordingly, in their sign's nature. The gist of yesterday's general horoscope was: GO OUT! Funny, because I wasn't sure what I felt like doing yesterday until I read about what a wonderful time I could have, especially with Jupiter (planet of luck) in my romantic sector (first time in 12 years it has reached its current position, just FYI).
So did we all have fun yesterday? Hell to the yea!It was a great night to be any old sign!
I was at an open mic in Patchogue at the Brick House Brewery, and it was one of the most fun nights I've had there. The room was filled with the familiar faces of so many adoring people.
The following is a tally ratio of every sign I've encountered in the last 24 hours: Aries- l l l l l l l [Happy Bday, EL!+ DP., CS., RS., AA., VJ., LR.!!]
Taurus- 0
Gemini- l l l
Cancer- l l
Leo- l
Virgo- l l
Scorpio- l l
Sadge- l l l l l l l [This tally includes Mr. 12/12- who was very happy to hear how much his astrological point of view has taken me!]
Capricorn- 0 [or 1, if Facebook interactions count!]
Aquarius- l l l l l l [Btw- all six of these individuals are born within the same week!]
Pices- l l l l l
Hm...So what does all of this mean? It means last night was bound to be awesome! With the mix of my favorite, closest signs- Aries, Sadge, Aquarius, and Pisces, I couldn't have had a better time! I look forward to upcoming mixers like this in the sky and just hope we are all lucky enough to have it all played out correctly for us down here on Earth.
Until then, I am off to enjoy the NOW.

Impatient Starry Night
PLEASE give me an adventure!! I don't know if anyone has picked up on it yet, but this is an essential part of a Sadge's existence. Everything I do MUST be fun and exciting. I admit, I lean on others a lot of the time to provide these fun and exciting adventures, but sometimes, you have to go out and have them on your own.
So I did that last night. I went to more establishments on the island's south shore tonight then most people do in a month! (You know us Sadges- always making moves!) I met many new people, and ran into some old ones from high school.
The theme of the night: LIBRAS! (Perhaps that is because I, Sagittarius, was Libra's daily compatibility. Two different Libras I encountered even had the same birthday! (This also occurred with two different Aries- coincidence? Never!)
As I wallowed in the masses of these signs (as well as many Aquarius and Pisces) I still felt a bit alone. Whatever it was I was looking for tonight, I have still not yet found it.
The thing is- as much as I love and live by astrology, it's almost a curse as much as it is a gift. I expect a lot out of it. The more I try to find answers, the more I learn that I am meant to be lost at the moment. And what am I suppose to do with that knowledge?
I guess right now I just can't figure out what it is I really want. And my horoscope hasn't been as helpful as I'd like it to be.
So I guess stay tuned.
And stars, please bring on an adventure:*

How Knowing Puts the Ball in Your Court
have even been known to recommend dating services that are based on individuals signs- man the success I could have with that business! (Remember, signs don't lie, people!) More importantly, when I stumbled on the Sadge page it read:Sunday, March 27, 2011
Part II: Location! Location!
Hello All! Another long week in the life as a Sagittarius has passed, and I have many new insights to divulge.
- Astrological Accuracy via Facebook: My daily compatibility was with Aries most of this week, which I of course spent the majority of my time with. Shout out to my Aries-Besties, and Happy Birthday Aries, one and all:) I think it is vital to mention that now that we are in this new phase, Aries, I have been surrounded by them, much like I was surrounded by Piscis during their calendar phase.
- I have been researching more and more about natal charts (and the key of location)!
Along with studying my own natal chart (click here to view your own- this is by far the best free website), I have asked my friends to check theirs as well. I had another Sadge, VC, and the Aries of the week, CS. let me analyze their natal chart. I know VC enough to know his chart was wildly on point. Aries CS may have felt "the cat was out of the bag" if all of his chart was true, haha.
Again, the important point of the natal chart is birthdate+time+location= the stars location when and where one was born, ultimately giving the newborn their astrological chart and traits.
What I have discovered while analyzing these charts is the importance of having a cheat sheet. I found a great one and will share it with you here. When you look at your chart, be aware of what each sun, moon, and planet means before analyzing it's accuracy.
WHAT PLANETS REPRESENT Sun = Ego Moon = Emotions Mercury = Communication Venus = Love Mars = Ambition Jupiter = Good Luck Saturn = Career Uranus = Creativity Neptune = Intuition Pluto = Personal Transformations
Perhaps this would make more sense with an example. Here is My Natal Chart and Planets:
Sun = Ego = Sagittarius Moon = Emotions =Piscis Mercury = Communication = Sagittarius Venus = Love = Sagittarius Mars = Ambition = Scorpio Jupiter = Good Luck = Aquarius Saturn = Career = Sagittarius Uranus = Creativity =Sagittarius Neptune = Intuition = Capricorn Pluto = Personal Transformations = Scorpio
...And my Ascending Sign is Taurus.
We each then receive traits in each planet (representing different aspects of life) in different signs, other than our most popular Sun sign (what we are known as). I am proud that I am in Sagittarius for most of my planets, and that even with the "new signs" I would remain a Sagittarius. It is something I can obviously identify myself with. Perhaps it is the Piscis, Aquarius, Cap, Scorp, Taurus within that needs the real tweaking.
But you guys tell me! If you know me as well as you think you do, check out My Natal Chart and your own- and let me know how dead on it all really is! There is a full explanation of what each sun, moon, planet is in your chart and how it affects your life. This may explain an astrological skeptic's biggest complaint- inaccuracy within horoscopes. Well, while I have many Sagittarians in my world, we all have different signs in other areas of our lives (for example, my moon is in Piscis) so all horoscopes are not created equal in this sense. All one has to do is learn to understand the rules, and it will all make sense in the big picture soon enough;)
Enjoy!!

All about *Location*
- I am a Sadge...very spontaneous and spur of the moment. While I can get consumed by a project, I can easily let my social life rear me in a direction of its own.
- Gotta live to write.
Now to business.
I have been having an adventurous couple of days. My "Gossip and Chatting" Piscis have been my most adoring influences for almost a week. Sweet and handsome Piscis CS brought everything to the table as a genuine Piscis would; a darling Piscis, AD., was also in the stars this weekend. Both individuals (birthdays only 24 hours apart) parents' were away. (Coincidence?)
It was at AD.'s belated birthday gathering that I met a December 12 Sadge, even more in tuned with astrology than myself. Ironically, this occurred on the day of the following Sagittarius Horoscope:
"Today you might receive intense telepathic communications from someone you don't know very well, Sagittarius. This might be symptomatic of strong ESP abilities, or it might be that this person is sending out distress signals to everyone he or she knows. If you feel comfortable with the idea, you might try to get to know the person a little better. This person could need a friend right now."Perhaps Mr. 12/12 is the person my horoscope was referring to. His take on astrology is that even I don't know the half of it- and I believe him! I learn more and more about this stuff every day; that is the entire point of this blog: to learn and discover more about myself through astrology, and maybe get a little trip over convincing others I'm right, in typical Sagittarius fashion;)
Two things that struck me by Mr. 12/12 -
- It's all about location, not the date. This is the idea behind one's natal chart. (I have to master reading these, although I can decipher some of it.)
- We are not just one sign. (This is part of the natal chart.) Our Sun is in our sign we know in typical astrology. My sun is in Sagittarius. I am a fire sign. But my moon may be else where- perhaps Aquarius and that is why we get along to well? Or Piscis? Or my besties, Aries? (I will let you all know when I do.)
According to Astrology.com,
"The positions of the planets and their relationships within the signs of the zodiac determine our character; knowledge of the symbolism is the key. The path of the planets through the signs reveals the map of destiny."
The map of destiny? Are you kidding? How amazing would it be to have a GPS for life? Just follow its directions and go where you are meant to be- without the idea of making a wrong decision.
Sign me up.
So my goal is to learn more about my natal chart. I'll be sure to keep you all posted.
Location!Location! Bring on the explanation. It's been all about location with some of my newer friends. I have recently met or become reacquainted with many different individuals (from different social circles) of whom live near my humble of ode in Oakdale, New York: Leo RP., Leo MM, Libra KM, Gemini CG and my newest Aries bestie CS [holla] are all a mile radius. (There is also another individual that I know, but do not know his sign, living up the hallway from me in my apartments!) For someone constantly on the move, as a typical Sadge is, it is crazy to find friends in MY location. Or have others come to MY location- even far away Piscis CS < 3 aka C. Yonkers, another individual that can be identified by others based on his location.
It's all about location, so here's to finding out more about where I"m heading and where I should be...

Ode to Piscis, and Gender Gaps Everywhere!
If you've been studying astrology, numerology, or any other occult science, Sagittarius, today you might find some of the concepts you're studying a bit confusing. You may have glossed over some of the ideas that are prerequisites to what you're looking at now. Go back and review last week's lesson and everything might make more sense to you. You will probably progress that much faster for doing this.
Well, obviously I've been studying astrology more than ever with this blog. I took a short hiatus this past weekend for some much needed time away. (Have to live in order to write, right?) I had my fun and now I'm back, and surrounded by Piscis once again!
I love how Piscis are always the sign to send me back to my roots. Whether it be this blog or a lesson I already know, I can count on these folks to make my day dope. While Aries stand for new beginnings (and I love them so), Piscis reminds us to enjoy every minute of NOW and to have the most fun we possibly can, while keeping true to ourselves.
Perhaps I am making this realization because we are in a Piscis phase now, but I think it is mostly because of the amount of Piscis in my world.
An important thing about Piscis- and most signs- is that there is a clear division between same signs of different genders. So different. Here are some examples from an article from astrology.com about How Astrology Affects the Gender Gaps: (Plus my notes in italics, from a proud Sadge.)
Pisces
Pisces is a dreamer -- emotionally sensitive and not always decisive. Their gender differences seem to be between Big Fish Pisces and Little Fish Pisces -- the former can be legendarily voracious sharks, while the latter can be timid little trout.
Ladies- Loyal, long-lasting friendships develop. We don't have to see each other often to pick right up where we left off. They are fun and together, we love to gossip:)
Guys- These men are exactly that, very gentleman like;)
And for the rest of the Stars...
Aries
Aries is an active, fiery and quite masculine energy that reflects on both men and women. With Aries, there is always a thrusting ambition to reach the top of the heap. Both sexes are competitive go-getter's and adventurers. Aries women are not frilly or feminine, and like Aries men, they make it happen!
Both males and females of this sign can be a Sadge's bestie!
Taurus
The Bull is known as being earthy, placid, security-conscious and possessive. Both Taurean sexes share an indulgent approach to life, though the men tend to be higher up the gourmet scale; Taurus females generally aim more for home comforts. Both can be stubborn, though males are more inclined to be noticeably power-hungry.
In my experience with Taureans, Men- are very female, and the Females- are very male.
Gemini
Gemini is a true air sign -- chatty, emotionally detached and more than a little scattered. Whereas Gemini men can be socialites and rather wayward in their affections, the women veer toward being cool and cerebral, and sometimes rather guarded when it comes to romance.
Gemini's are Sadge's opposites. Male Sadge's love Female Gem's and vise versa, and Female Sadge's love Male Gem's and vise versa.
Cancer
The largest gender gap of all occurs in Cancer. Both sexes are emotionally self-protective and homebodies at heart. But with maturity, Cancer women grow stronger and more matriarchal, while the men often stay tied to their mother's apron strings, some of them reluctant to grow up at all.
I've been saying all along how emotion this sign is.
Ladies- often become head of household- wear the pants in the relationship- types, everything they say is "right." They have a lot of male companions.
Guys- Seek comfort in female companions. They are not always loyal, and often love themselves more than others even thought they don't always treat themselves the best.
Leo
Leos are relatively similar between the sexes, though the men are more spotlight-demanding. Leo women have slightly less overblown egos, and can give way more easily -- though often with gritted teeth. Both sexes love to be the center of social attention.
For sure:)
Virgo
Virgos are talkative, restless, hardworking and a little nitpicky. Both genders can turn into fussy old spinsters if they don't watch themselves! But male Virgos, like their Gemini counterparts, can be wanderers and romantically hyperactive, which Virgo women tend not to be.
Eh, I don't know astrology.com. Virgo girls do their thing too!
Libra
Libra is second only to Cancer in the major differences between its men and women. After all, consider this sign's symbol: the Scales, the balance of opposites. Mr. Libra has a male body with a feminine mind, while Mrs. Libra has just the opposite. He tends to be softer and sweeter, while she can be straightforward and often argumentative.
I didn't realize I only know male Libras, but their description seems to be true. I regretfully cannot comment on the ladies.
Scorpio
It's no secret that Scorpios are intense, emotional, private and stubborn. Both genders are right in line with this basic Scorpio energy, though the ladies can be more jealously possessive and stinging in their responses, particularly when hurt.
Scorpio guys can be more goofy and animated while Scorp girls may seem shy.
Sagittarius
The Archer is fiery, hyperactive, adventurous ... and even a bit of a motormouth! (LMFAO) It's quite a masculine sign, and Sagittarius ladies tend not to be domesticated or given to too many frills. If anything, Sag males are more intellectually inclined.
Woah now! You know I have a lot to say on this subject. Being surrounded by Sagittarians is practically all I know so here are some differences:
Ladies- Independent! Like to have fun! Down People! Ego's- cause we're the best!
Guys- I'm sure they can be independent, but always in some sort of situation that leaves them dependent of others. They are more sensitive than they appear.
Both guys and girls rely on their time with others as motivation and inspiration for great things.
Capricorn
The Goat has a reputation for being ferociously ambitious and hardworking, and this is true of both genders, though male Capricorns are often true sweethearts. Cap ladies tend to be cooler, slightly harder on the surface and ambitious as much for social status as they are for career success.
True.>
Aquarius
Aquarians are independently minded, emotionally detached and definitely talkative. Both genders share the same laid-back (though stubborn) approach to life. Aquarius men are often more high-tech, while the women simply like to network like crazy.
Guys- love to go out and grab asses.
Girls- love to go out and make conversation.
Both ladies and gentleman know that regardless of what they do, no one is good enough for them.
And that's that folks. I hope you enjoyed this somewhat delayed, but longer installment from a proud Sadge. As always, I'd love to hear what you think as well.

Horoscope's Reflecting Life
"There are professional responsibilities you will respond to with courage and confidence as Venus sextiles Jupiter."
Well, I worked today. Finally. And I have the nerve to admit: I am pooped!
Daily Compatibility: Libra
Although I have spoken to one special Libra via text, I have no plans with a Libra today. But the day is young...
Today's Horoscope for Sagittarius:
You could be planning a major journey of some kind. It may b a long vacation or travel to foreign countries, or it could be an intellectual or spiritual journey into new schools of thought. Your mind is sharp now, so you will learn quickly and retain more. This is a good time to play detective, or perhaps you will simply want to lose yourself in a good mystery novel.
Am I planning any trips? Well no...although my south west gift card is burning a hole in my empty wallet, I wish I was in the position to travel. So then it must be of the intellectual and spiritual kind, no doubt. That's for sure. I have been so in my head and so desperate for answers for a long time now. I hope to find what I'm looking for in life, the self discovery a-ha moment we all think will come any day now. But until then I continue to look to the stars for answers to the day to day questions I may seek.
And oh yea, I've been dying to dig into my guilty pleasure corny detective James Patterson books I so love to escape in:)

"The Book"
Guess who I saw today? Aries...but no ordinary Aries (as if there was such a thing), but my girl from middle school LR. We had our catch up time and then I broke out "the book". "The book" as it is most often referred to is The Secret Language of Relationships. I am notoriously linked to this book with most of my friends. I actually woke up to a text from a dear Scorp, JS, asking to look up some dates for her!
"The book" breaks down the relationship between two people based on their two specific birthdates. This relationship can be love, marriage, parent-child, family, sibling, work, friendship, ect. Each two dates have relationships that fit in these categories and "the book" will explain each and note which is best and worst; for example, I have many relationships with Aquarian friends, three of which fit into the same five down break down of the two said dates one would look up for an astrological read. These people with me are best:love worst: marriage. I can understand why- I love them! But Aquarians can't be tied down-haha! "The book" also give advice for the couple in question. It is usually in retrospect that this advice seems to be what was obviously wrong with relationship.
LR and I spent our entire afternoon with "the book". Much like my other friends who have looked up their different relationships, LR concluded that astrology is always right.
A few days ago a close Piscis, MA. did the same.
I approached an Aquarius friend of mine, BJ. and he too found that his personal astrological profile within the book (it does have individual information on each week of each sign) is very accurate. He would think this though, considering he is the "Week of the Genius" and it would be disgeniousness to disagree with the written truth.
The problem with "the book" is what to do with the knowledge you gain. What if you look up a love interest just to find they are worst love? Do you go for it anyway? What is every other relationship in the book was a hundred percent truthful.
I suggest you follow the advice given and beware of what you already know can hinder a relationship. And realize knowing what can happen puts the ball in your court.

Limbo and Book Recommendations
Just a whole lot of change.
I know this is something Sadges should thrive on, but in the mist of it all, it's so strange.
Big things will happen though. You just have to have faith. In the mean time, I hardly want to know my horoscope, not only for fear of self-prophecy, but I sometimes tire from knowing.
I did know my daily compatibility according to Facebook: Aquarius.
Guess what sign I hanged with today?: an Aquarius. DR<3.
Yes- Piscis, Aquarius, Gemini, and Taurus have been very present people in a Sadge's world lately. Let me know if you are in my shoes, and agree!
Until then, I am relaying some book recommendations that were recently given to me. I hope to get to them soon. I was told if you love astrology, odds are these will be up your alley as well.
The Power of Now (recommendation from a Gem)
Celestine Prophecy (recommended by Sadge, Libra, and Scorp)
Enjoy!!
While I chill in the limbo wave of life...

Clearly Recognizable
Missed blogging yesterday, but I figured it was Sunday, and even the big guy takes a rest then, No? :)
This was a very interesting weekend. I was recognized on Saturday in Rockville Center, my very first time going out in a long time. It was the ladies restroom in Kasey's and this girl says to me, "I know you! We talked astrology in Bayshore! I'm a Taurus, remember?"I didn't remember, but I knew it was true. Where ever I go, my friends know they can most often find me talking Zodiacs with random strangers. This is the best way to learn more about the signs- the more people you meet, the more information you gather. It's not even conscience anymore:)
Once I left the ladies room I continued to run into Tauruses for the rest of the night. Coincidence? That must have been the sign most attracted to me on that particular evening, in that moon.
Yesterday's general Horoscope (for all signs) said:
The Sun quincunx Saturn advises going back to square one when it comes to Friday's "new start." Do so. The tweaking ensures that plans are built on a better foundation. With the Moon conjunct Jupiter tonight, expect enjoyable visits, pleasant conversation, and possibly a happy surprise.
I had all of that< 3
Part IV- Final Chapter of Astrological Profiling.
Capricorn (Dec 22- Jan 19)
When it comes to professionalism and traditional values, Capricorn wins hands-down. This practical sign loves to tackle life in the most conventional of ways, leaving no stone unturned. Considered the most serious-minded of the signs, the Capricorn possesses an independence that allows for considerable progress both personally and on the job.
My Capricorn Notes: While I have known Capricorns that fit this bill (hardworking, career oriented) I have seen many with no ambitions. Capricorns have a tendency to look at the darker things in life. They may take things harder than others. This doesn't make them bad people, just human. As a Sadge, I have decided to no longer even get Capricorn's numbers anymore. Their love of staying in conflicts with my itch to constantly keep moving. They can, however, be good friends to the ones they care about. Friendships usually start from the root, and their closest friends have been so for many years.
Aquarius (Jan 20-Feb 18)
-FYI: I have included parenthetical notes in italics because I have too much to say for these amazing individuals!
Aquarians present themselves in one of two ways. One on hand, you’ll see someone who is shy, and quiet. (This is more likely for a February Aquarius!) On the other, an Aquarian can be boisterous, eccentric, and energetic. (That's for sure!) Both are deep thinkers with a love of helping others. Highly intellectual, this is a sign of fierce independence that prizes intuition tempered with logic. (Yes ladies and gents...don't be too sure you have an Aquarius pegged down! As much as they may rely on you, they are so charming someone else may also have their back, and it will inevitably come down to what the independent Aquarius is his/her most convenient option.) Both personality types have an uncanny ability to see both sides of an argument without prejudice, making them excellent problem-solvers. While very much attuned to the energies around them (They may get others more easily than most), Aquarians have a deep need to take time out alone and away to rejuvenate themselves. (Aquarians often have a time of isolation. Their time spent at home with family or their pets may be more intriguing than participating in the outside world.) The keyword for this sign is imagination. The Aquarian can see a world of possibilities even when there appears to be none.
More of my Aquarius notes: I find when meeting an Aquarius the result is often a fast, long lasting friendship. There is a level of comfort here. Sadge and Aquarius may be able to tackle topics easier than other signs when confronting their feelings. Beware of their charming wit- it makes for forgivable moments:) This allows them to get away with more than others- haha! One thing to remember about Aquarius is whether you realize it or not, they do appreciate you. They are cool and confident.
Piscis (Feb 19-Mar 20
"Understanding" is a most appropriate keyword for this gentle, affectionate sign. Easygoing and generally accepting of others around them, Pisceans are often found in the company of a variety of different personalities. Their willingness to give of themselves emotionally lends to an aura of quiet empathy. A Pisces is comforting to be around. While not likely to be the leader, this sign's presence is strong and vibrant in any cause they put their hearts into.
My Piscis Notes: NO DOUBT! I can always count on my Pisceans to be there in a pinch. They are very loyal friends, and they have a lot of them! Count on Piscis to be up to something awesome, and welcome you to come along for the ride! My favorite realization on Piscis was brought to the table by one- Miss AB. They love to have people fit individual needs in life. A friend per category if you will. I know what category I fit in with my Piscis people- do you? :)

Judging a Sign by its Cover
It was at dear AD.'s bday fiesta that I encountered a short, petite, bubbly personality named DR. I knew from a mile away, this girl was a fabulous AQUARIUS, which just so happened to be my daily compatibility yesterday according to Facebook's horoscope. She had all the same physical features my other Aquarius friends share. I asked and it was confirmed, I was right again:)
This just goes to show, it is perfectly okay to judge a sign by its cover. There are physical traits for each sign. If you haven't noticed yet- take note now! Click on your sign to learn more about your destined physical attributes from Astro-Vision.com. I have added what I have noticed in each sign.
Aries: *Pretty eyes*
Taurus: Petite/Average Height, Square Jaws
Gemini: Fit/Atheltic
Cancer: *Deep eyes*, Unique clothes
Leo: Bushy eyebrows, Athletic bodies
Virgo: Skinny, Cheeky
Libra: Soft
Scorpio: Skinny-Fit, *Nice eyes*
Sagittarius: *Sparkling eyes*, Weight varies through life
Capricorn: *Deep-set eyes*, Skin stands out in some way
Aquarius:Petite/Skinny, *Deep eyes*
Piscis: Large Lips, Unique style
So...tell me, am I dead on again or what? ;)
Part III- Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius
Sign Analysis: Comparing Astrological Profiles Against My Own Experiences, as a Sadge.
Libra (Sep 23-Oct 22)
"I balance" is the key phrase for this sign, and when it comes to everything on an even keel, a Libran will lead the pack. Peace loving and judicial, this sign abhors being alone. Partnerships are very important for the Libran, especially those on a personal level. With their winning personalities and cooperative style, they aren't apt to be alone for long!
My Libra Notes: I LOVE LIBRAS! I don't know if it's because I am a Sadge or because even their so called "bad" qualities are better than some sign's good, they are the sweetest and best of friends any sign can have. Count on Libras to be supportive and genuine friends. These people are often brilliant, and work hard as a result. Libras are very intelligent, with strong interests in history and politics. Basically, these guys know what they're talking about- so listen! They are also a likely sign to be a bit OCD (along with Gemini's!)
Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 21)
Beneath a controlled, cool exterior beats the heart of the deeply intense Scorpio. Passionate, penetrating, and determined, this sign will probe emotions readily, yet rest assured there's an enormous amount of activity happening beneath the surface. Excellent leader, Scorpions are always aware. When it comes to resourcefulness, this sign comes out ahead.
My Scorpio Notes: As a Sadge, I've had very unusual Scorpio relationships. My brother is a Scorp, I've dated Scorps, had a few Scorp friends...one life long Scorp friend. Based on this I must insist that this is one of those signs that makes a huge difference if you are born in October or November. November Scorps seem to be more about having control. They are funny, but in their own sarcastic way. October Scorps are more likely to have that goofy antidote to their comedic moments. This sign works very hard, and is very involved within their family, at least when they live within the house hold. Most Scorps may go to college, but often find successful careers without the need of a degree.
Sagittarius (Nov 22- Dec 21)
My Sadge commentary is in bold and italicized parenthesis- Enjoy:)
Inquisitive and energetic, the Sagittarius is the traveler of the Zodiac. (I never ever stop making moves!) Their philosophical, broad-minded approach to life motivates them to wander far and wide in the search for the meaning of life (HELLO! What do you think I'm doing here?!) Extroverted, OPTIMISTIC, and enthusiastic (HELL YEA!) it can be almost impossible to keep the Sagittarius down. They love change. In fact, change is essential for this sign to feel their best.
More Sadge Notes: Well, if you know me you know this is pretty dead on. I am all of these things. And you know what? It's comforting to know that as a Sadge I am suppose to be constantly changing and moving and living the way I do. Lifestyle of a Sadge could run people ragged, but when you are that person, it's comforting to know it's who you are destined to be. This allows for acceptance to it, and a fulfilled life.
Tomorrow is the completion of this formal analysis of signs in comparison to my thoughts. Expect more to come! Look out Capricorns, Aquarius, and Piscis!

Trust It.
Here are just a few examples from the last 48 hours as a Sadge:
Sagittarius Love Horoscope for Thursday, March 3, 2011:
"The planetary alignment may help you to find courage to finally end a relationship that seems to have been dragging on. You both know that refusing to make a clean break is not really helping matters between you, but in far, it just hasn't happened. Today you realize that in order for you both to move on, you really do need to let go."
Needless to say, my Horoscope said my Sagittarius boyfriend and I would break up, and we did.3.
Today's Daily (General) Horoscope, March 4, 2011:
"A Piscis New Moon conjuncts the Sun and Mars, providing seed energy for new starts over the next 30 days. Tonight the Moon and Saturn suggest someone is many an important attitude adjustment. Heads up! It could be you, overdue with your break from the past."
I am most certainly on a new path, and a new start.
Today's Facebook Horoscope:
"Listen to you instincts Archer. You are a larger than life person, and if you add intuition to the mix you can implement your plans all the better. This may see you come up with a new way of generating cash. But equally, today's New Moon can be a new start within yourself, a time when emotional happiness and roots, become so much more important."
Daily Compatibility: Aquarius
I am indeed at a new start within myself, and I expressed this earlier to one of my dearest Aquarius friends, DD. She reached out, of course, on a day where I needed her expertise most.
I am not trying to dig too deep here, because I know what can be found in the stars. My advice now and through out the course of the blog is this: if you are looking for answers, take a good look at where you are in the stars and compare it to where you are in life.
You will find what you were looking for.
Part II- Cancer, Leo, Virgo
Sign Analysis: Comparing Astrological Profiles Against My Own Experiences, as a Sadge.
Cancer (Jun 21-Jul 22)
Deeply intuitive and sentimental, Cancer can be one of the most challenging Zodiac signs to get to know. Emotion runs strong for the sign, when it comes to a family and home, nothing is more important. Sympathetic and empathetic. Cancerians are greatly attuned to those around them. Devotion is the keyword for this sign, making them wonderfully sensitive people to be around.
My Cancer Notes: What first come to mind when I think of Cancers? EMOTIONAL! This is not a bad thing, but a prominent characteristic that I find in any Cancer I meet. I find that female Cancers often become "heads of the household" types, strong, family orientated individuals. Male Cancers, I find, are constantly seeking...something. They're emotions are strong, and may feel foreign to them for much of their life. This popular sign often has many friends of the opposite sex.
Leo (Jul 23-Aug 22)
When they mighty Lion enters center stage, everyone notices. This dramatic, creative, and outgoing sign has the keyword magnetism for good reason. Fiery and self-assured, a Leo's charm can be almost impossible to resist. Whether it's time spent with family and friends or efforts on the job scene, a Leo is going to bring a lot to the table.
My Leo Notes: I meet these loud/outgoing Leo's and as a Sadge, I either love them or hate them. Leo's are seasonal individuals. While I can sustain a friendship with Leo's in the darker points of the year, as it nears their birthday, you can count on a different individual entirely. Their messes often become the messes of their significant others, and without true confidence, a virtue we should all embrace, they may lose everything they put their time into as a result.
Virgo (Aug 22-Sep 22)
With an acute attention to detail, the Virgo is the sign in the zodiac most dedicated to serving. Their deep sense of the humane leads them to caregiving like no other, while their methodical approach to life ensures that nothing is missed. The Virgo is often gentle and delicate, preferring to step back and analyze before moving ahead.
My Virgo Notes: I like the note about a Virgo's fragility, because I find most Virgo's, especially female, are very petite. I always consider Virgo's to be my "party people." Perhaps this is because they are such genuine, bright, kind individuals (although they may come off as quiet) and people are naturally attracted to their personalities. Virgo's are all about having plans and plenty of them! Their busy lives make for a fulfilled one at that.
That's all for today folks. Happy Birthday AD!
Check out Part III- Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius tomorrow, along with more thoughts from a proud Sadge.<3.

Getting Your Sign On!
I think the better one knows themself, the easier it is for that person to have an amazing, happy, fulfilled life. And what else are we here for anyway? I base this idea and many others I will discuss from a book a beloved Sadge in my life gave me, KM. It is called Finding your North Star: Claiming the Life You Were Meant to Live by Martha Beck. In short, the "North Star" is our essential selves. We are born our essential selves, and then life happens. Based on our environment (who raises us and where, who we surround ourselves with and what we do, ect.) our "social selves" effects where we end up in life. The goal of the book is to maintain one's essential self, who we really are at the root of it all, before our social selves drive us away from it. Doing so will result in one's happiest and most fulfilled self.
There is a cute quiz in the beginning that states how far or close you actually are from your North Star, which I think everyone I have ever met has taken. (According to this test I have some things to take care of. While a year ago I was only 2 points away from my North Star, I am currently 12! Can you believe that? 10 more aspects of life that needs fixing!) I believe being one's essential self (at your "North Star") must coincide with one's happiness. What I think the North Star is missing, is the element of astrology. When we are born we are our essential selves, but astrologically speaking, every sign is born under certain stars that give them similar qualities...
For example: ever notice all of your favorite people's birthdays are around the corner from one another? That is because your sign is attracted, or close, with people of this sign.
Here's an interesting assignment: check out your friends' birthday's on Facebook. View all birthdays and start to notice a pattern. We are currently in the sign of Piscis (perhaps another reason I seem surrounded by them lately). Look through the list and see how your group of friends under each sign match up together. You should notice what signs you are closest to, have most often dated, worked with, become enemies with, and so on.
So here is what Horoscope.com has to say about each sign's personality profile. I will compare them to what I know. You do the same!
(By the way- if you want to learn more about yourself through astrological profiling, Click here. This is by far the best [free] website to view profiles by specific birthdays. Enter you birthdate, time, and location for the most accurate astrological read. You will be surprised how dead on it is!)
Part I: Aries, Taurus, and Gemini
Aries (Mar 21-Apr 19)
As the first sign of the zodiac, the presence of an Aries almost always indicates the beginning of something energetic and boisterous. Not much hold this sign back. They're eager, dynamic, quick, and competitive. When it comes to getting the ball rolling, an Aries is the best. Pioneering everything from work-related projects to parties with friends, these folks go for the gusto.
My Aries Notes: I love these people. As a Sadge, I can proudly address all of my Aries as "besties." They are very cool friends that I always look forward to seeing. I have noticed as a pattern among my Aries friends that these people are very dedicated, family oriented, opinionated, love to have fun, down for anything, smart, hard working individuals:)
Taurus (Apr 20-May 20)
Strong, dependable Taurus leads the way when it comes to reaping the rewards of hard work. Lovers of everything that is fine and beautiful, Taureans surround themselves with material gains. This is a sensual, tactile sign. Touch is very important in everything from work to romance. Stable and conservative, Taureans are among the most reliable of the zodiac. While sometimes viewed as stubborn, this sign will plod along on a task until the very end, ensuring that everything is up to standard. They're highly creative and thoroughly enjoy making things with their own hands.
My Taurus Notes: Well, me personally, I have no close Taurus friends. I just looked through my Facebook at the pattern and it seems every Taurus I know, I rarely see or have never really been that close with. The few Taurus's I did get to know in the past year I discovered I did not have much of anything in common with, and always ended the relationship abruptly, to say the least. So it may be that a Sagittarius+ Taurus= Never Together for Long (in my experience).
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Versatility is a great keyword for this dual sign. Expressive and quick-witted, the Gemini present two distinctive sides to his or her personality, and you can never be sure with with one you're going to come face-to-face. On one hand, the Gemini can be outgoing, flirtatious, communicative, and ready for fun, fun, fun. Yet when the other twin is present, you can find his air sign contemplative, serious, restless, and even indecisive. Both twins are able to adapt to life's circumstances well, making them wonderful people to know. Things are never boring when a Gemini is on the scene.
My Gemini Notes: NO DIGGITY it's never boring when a Gem is involved. As a Sadge, Gemini's are my opposite sign. In this case, these opposites have a very strong attraction. I love Gemini's! Reviewing my Facebook friend's list- I can see in the long line of Gem's I know, they are very kind, passionate, outgoing, ready to have a great time- type of folk. As a musician, I often hear from Gemini's through out the course of an open mic night, because I can always count on them to be the first to approach me with a compliment:)
Stay tuned tomorrow Cancer, Leo, and Virgo's!
